RVN Transactions
In the event that you accidentally send RVN to a wrong address that does not belong to us, we will not be able to provide a refund.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to double-check the recipient address before making a transaction.
NFT Receive Address
We will not be held liable if you provide an incorrect NFT receive address and the paid NFT has already been sent.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they have provided the correct receive address before making a transaction.
Payment Method
We only accept payment in RVN. Any attempt to pay with any other currency or method will not be accepted.
Third-Party Sales
If you purchase a RavenVerse NFT from a third-party, we have no control over the authenticity or quality of the NFT.
We will not be held liable for any issues related to third-party sales of RavenVerse NFTs. Always compare the official asset name.
